Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Lead Technician to provide support and deliver on our commitments to our residents. The role involves repairing and maintaining apartment AC units, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair, as well as responding to resident service needs.
Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years previous HVAC/maintenance experience desired
- EPA Type I & II or Universal Certified
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
