Certified HVAC Technician responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across apartment communities, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of residents. This role is ideal for a certified and experienced HVAC professional who values timely service, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and excellence.
Requirements
- HVAC/EPA Certification required
- At least 2 years of experience in residential or multifamily HVAC maintenance and repair
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
