Job Description
Arcan Capital is seeking a Maintenance Lead Technician to lead maintenance, repair, and groundskeeping duties. The successful candidate will respond to resident service requests, troubleshoot maintenance issues, and uphold safety standards while fostering a positive living environment.
Requirements
- Prepares Market Ready apartments
- Performs routine interior and exterior community maintenance
- Responds to repair requests and maintenance concerns
- Reports maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor
- Maintains resident privacy and receives proper authority prior to entering resident apartments
- Delivers superior customer service and represents the company in a professional manner
