The Maintenance Supervisor oversees all maintenance operations, mentors and develops a high-performing team, and ensures the community remains safe, well-maintained, and visually appealing.
Requirements
- Prepare market-ready apartments
- Oversee and perform routine interior and exterior maintenance
- Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests
- Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance team members
- Implement and track preventative maintenance schedules
