The CMO Industry Greece & Balkans team is looking for an Account Manager to fulfill sales targets, develop new markets, and improve sales systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer service, communication, and coordination with internal and external players.
Requirements
- Front office toward customer, visits, fairs and periodical contact
- Pre-sales phase: prescription and work at study phase and involving key players at customer and also AM level (logistics, production, CTS, Finance, etc)
- Sales to the customer
- Coordination with the mill all the supply chain issues
- Follow up payments
- Explore new markets and customers
- Explore new channels to improve sales in responsibility area and new business development and downstream opportunities
- Offer Manager: Perform preliminary volume and technical checks on customer inquiry and interact with Volume Allocation Manager and CTS in order to prepare the offer handling
- Prepare RFQ offer within the CRM tool (manage and check headers content, register items,....)
- Send offer to the customer and perform necessary follow up within close collaboration with AM
- Order Management: Follow up all the purchase orders, coordinate with the mill the mill loading, stocks management, deliveries, audit management system....
- Maintain the market share, the margin price and spread
- Manage customer claims ensuring client satisfaction
