Job Description
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team at ArcelorMittal North America, who will be responsible for developing and managing account plans, building and maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
Requirements
- Develop and manage Account Plans for assigned customers
- Track performance to account sales objectives and other metrics
- Develop, build, and maintain customer relationships
- Negotiate day-to-day customer-related issues
- Monitor customer satisfaction through delivery and quality metrics
- Provide various monthly reports as assigned
- Assist Customer Service Representatives and Customer Technical Service personnel as necessary
- Support internal company goals including inventory management, payment performance, and invoice payments/collections
