The Senior Foreman, Building Maintenance, is responsible for safely operationalizing the building maintenance plan for all railway facilities. The incumbent oversees daily operations, manages resources, and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations and codes.

Requirements

• College diploma in industrial mechanics or electrical engineering, or equivalent
• Certificate or course in personnel management
• 3-5 years of experience in mechanical or electrical building maintenance
• 1-2 years of experience in supervising personnel
• Computer skills and asset management software
• Good communicator and strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of English is an asset
• Team work
• Analysis and problem-solving skills
• Application of collective agreements
• Ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
