We are seeking a Deputy Foreman, Locomotive Maintenance to work in Port-Carter, QC, Canada. The successful candidate will plan, organize, direct, and supervise work in accordance with health and safety policies and environmental policies.

Requirements

• Post-secondary diploma (DEC) or Diploma of Professional Studies (DEP) in mechanics, electrical dynamics, or equivalent experience demonstrating comparable expertise
• Minimum two years of experience in equipment maintenance, with significant experience in supervising personnel
• Good mastery of computer tools, including specialized software in maintenance or project management
• Strong commitment to health, safety, and the environment, with concrete achievements in these areas
• Ability to inspire confidence, communicate effectively, and build strong interpersonal relationships by highlighting team work and collaboration
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and obtain results by guiding and taking responsibility for your team
• Ability to analyze and make decisions independently and efficiently
• Ability to manage change and ambiguous situations by demonstrating integrity and influence
