Job Description
Handle IT user requests and incidents, identify and analyze IT issues, prepare and update tickets and reports, and propose corrective actions.
Requirements
- General technical knowledge of IT
- Experience in supporting end-user devices (PCs, laptops, smartphones, tablets)
- Knowledge of ITSM tools and systems (e.g. ServiceNow, SAP, GLPI, or similar)
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong user focus
- English proficiency sufficient to read technical documentation
- French – required min B2/C1
