Job Description
We are looking for a multilingual IT Support Specialist with at least 6 months of professional experience.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in the IT field
- Fluency in Luxembourgish, French, German, and English
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Proficiency in Office tools
- Experience in hardware troubleshooting
- Knowledge of SCCM or other remote software
- Knowledge of MAM Active Directory
- Analytical skills and ability to manage priorities
- Excellent communication skills
