The successful candidate will act as a subject-matter expert for all matters related to human resources management and labour relations.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations or Business Administration, with a focus on human resources or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in human resources and labour relations
- Have excellent knowledge of labour laws
- Have a good understanding of operational functioning
