Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial relations or human resources
- 3-5 years of experience as a human resources consultant in labor relations
- Membership in the Order (CRHA or CRIA), an asset
- Bilingualism, an asset
- Leadership and good communication skills
- Ability to evolve in a changing and evolving environment
- Good planning, analysis, and organization skills
