GardaWorld is seeking a Human Resources Labour Relations Business Partner to join their Montreal-based HR team. The role will involve advising managers on labour relations, interpreting and applying collective agreements, and participating in collective agreement negotiations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial relations or human resources
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Consultant in labour relations
- Membership in the Order (CRHA or CRIA)
- Bilingualism
- Leadership and good communication skills
- Ability to evolve in a changing and evolving environment
- Good planning, analysis, and work organization skills
