Job Description
As AVP, Strategic Analytics, you will lead a team of data engineers and data scientists to build best-in-class analytics solutions marked by creativity and strong business acumen. You will engage directly with business leaders across functions to identify opportunities to improve results and shape how Arch thinks about data and analytics.
Requirements
- Build strong partnerships and engage with senior business leaders to design best-in-class analytics solutions to support their strategic objectives.
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams and share ideas to solve complex business problems.
- Lead initiatives that automate manual or inefficient business processes, increasing underwriter and partner productivity using GenAI and prompt engineering
- Support, mentor and develop the growing Strategic Analytics team on holistic, business aspects of projects.
