Job Description
Manage end to end case load of financial lines and liability claims, apply legal principles, ensure claims are handled in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements, and develop positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Good working knowledge of Insurance Contracts Act and other applicable common and statutory law.
- Good knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to claims handling.
- Analytical skills and good attention to detail.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
