Job Description
We are seeking a Workday Support Analyst to join our People Operations team to optimize and support our Workday HCM environment. The Workday Support Analyst is a key contributor within the People Operations team, supporting the day-to-day effectiveness of our Workday HCM platform.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM administration experience
- Strong understanding of human resources processes and data
- Experience designing and configuring multiple Workday modules
- Knowledge of Workday Business Process Framework
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and requests simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
