Deliver exceptional service and support to residents and their guests, including greeting residents, facilitating program registrations, handling transactions, and ensuring a high standard of facility cleanliness and safety.
Greet residents and guests warmly, enroll residents in recreational programs, handle transactions, communicate with residents, and assist with events.
Ideal candidate has 1+ year of customer service experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
