Job Description
Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Parish is seeking two part-time Parish Secretaries to support the daily administrative operations of the parish and create a hospitable environment for parishioners, visitors, and staff.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Friendly, service-oriented approach aligned with parish hospitality
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office technology
- Prior administrative or parish office experience preferred
- Understanding of Catholic parish life and respect for Catholic teachings
