Job Description
This Campus Ministry Coordinator is responsible for developing, sustaining, and expanding ministry initiatives among students at colleges and universities within the Archdiocese of San Antonio. They will work with the Director of Campus Ministry to help students encounter Christ, grow in their faith, and equip them to become apostles. This role focuses on fostering discipleship through events, digital engagement, and mentoring.
Requirements
- Invent approaches and original events to foster discipleship programs.
- Manage the quality of regular campus ministry events.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgement with respect to identifying pastoral needs of students.
- Create or identify the catechetical curriculum and model.
- Collaborate with the Campus Ministry Team and recruit volunteers.
- Provide support for events and missions.
- Collaborate with campus staff.
- Adhere to safety protocols.
