Job Description
Catholic Charities is seeking an Immigration Attorney to provide legal services to potential clients and in the area of immigration, including representation for criminal and family cases. This role involves conducting consultations, representing clients in court, updating legal records, and participating in Department sponsored functions. The firm values collaboration and service to the community.
Requirements
- Minimum of one years’ experience in immigration law with at least two years of experience in practicing law and/or experience working in a law office.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Valid vehicle liability insurance.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred).
