Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal with at least five years' experience in immigration law. The ideal candidate is passionate about immigration law and has experience in supervisory roles. We offer excellent benefits, a great work-life balance, and competitive compensation.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in employment-based immigration
- PERM, E-2/1, L1, EB-2/3, EB-1(c), AOS and familiarity with other family-based types of cases
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little oversight
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience in a supervisory role managing other paralegals and legal assistants
- Knowledge of legal software
- Excellent English written skills
