Job Description
The Supervising Immigration Attorney will lead and oversee the immigration legal services provided across multiple office locations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-focused representation.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the state bar where practicing.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing immigration law.
- Demonstrated experience supervising or managing legal teams.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
