The Shelter Supervisor is responsible for establishing and directing the overall Shelter operation, promoting best practices, and facilitating quality trauma-informed services to residents. They must maintain adequate staffing levels, provide leadership and supervision, and ensure the physical, social, emotional, educational, and recreational needs of residents are met.
