Job Description
The Business Manager / Bookkeeper assists the Pastor in the administration of the parish's temporal (financial and operational) affairs.
Requirements
- Accounts Receivable via QuickBooks
- Accounts Payable
- Prepare Payroll
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Manage Liquor Permits
- Work with the Archdiocese regarding building repairs/maintenance
- Reconcile credit cards
- Manage Human Resource needs
- Manage contracts for services
- Prepare annual budget and reports
- Manage fundraising events
- Work with Finance committee
