Bookkeeper

The Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for St. Dominic High School, including the general ledger, payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of three to five years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Archdiocesan systems or school-based financial operations is a plus
