The Kent Intern-in-Service program is a ten-month campus ministry initiative geared towards recent college graduates who seek to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually, and to support the mission of the CSC.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Practicing Catholic and a willingness to represent the Catholic Church as a minister
- Ability to challenge students to grow socially, spiritually, intellectually, and morally, and to offer constructive feedback
- Ability to work with all backgrounds, cultures, and levels of faith/religion
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and writing skills
- Scheduling flexibility that allows working almost every Sunday, several evenings every week, and occasional Saturdays and holidays
- Technology proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google, and social media
- Valid driver's license
