Job Description
The Coordinator of Youth Ministry is responsible for organizing and coordinating youth ministry efforts for the Parish, providing opportunities for middle school, high school, and young adult parishioners to experience a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Requirements
- Active, practicing Roman Catholic with an appreciation for our mission and philosophy as a Catholic parish in the Archdiocese of St. Louis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, all social media platforms.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends in accordance with the demands of the position.
- Experience in planning and running Retreats.
- Ability to work in the wider parish team.
- Training or Education in Youth Ministry or 2 years’ experience as Core Team member of Youth Program exceeding 75 members.
