Job Description
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocies of St. Louis is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance duties and maintain St. Patrick Center facilities. The Specialist will focus on ensuring that St. Patrick Center facilities are in a secure and operational state, and foster a safe and welcoming environment for all who benefit from the services offered at St. Patrick Center.
Requirements
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule during non-business hours
- Perform all assignments related to the Facilities Department as defined by written work orders and verbal directives
- Assist the Lead Maintenance Technician with facilities related maintenance as required
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of heating, electrical, and air conditioning equipment
- Follow safe working practices and make appropriate use of related safety equipment as required
