Maintenance Technician

Cardinal Ritter Senior Services is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and ongoing maintenance, including custodial care, to ensure properties and buildings are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Requirements

• Experience in custodial and service fields, including some experience in skilled trades, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting or carpentry fields.
• Knowledge of acceptable trade practices and building standards.
• Ability to understand and follow directions, prioritize, and utilize work order system.
