Job Description
Maintenance Technician to take ownership of property upkeep, performing preventive and ongoing maintenance, and providing custodial care to ensure the physical property and buildings are maintained in a clean, safe, and well-functioning condition.
Requirements
- Experience in custodial and service fields, including some experience in skilled trades, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting or carpentry fields.
- Knowledge of acceptable trade practices and building standards.
- Ability to understand and follow directions.
- Ability to prioritize.
