Job Description
The Archdiocese of St. Louis is seeking a skilled Pianist to provide high-quality live music for events and ceremonies. The role involves performing solo or collaboratively, maintaining professionalism and flexibility, and tailoring musical styles to event needs. This is a key position within the Cardinal Rigali Center, serving as the center's headquarters and curia.
Requirements
- Proven performance experience in live settings (weddings, religious services, concerts, etc.)
- Proficient in reading sheet music and/or playing by ear
- Strong repertoire across classical, jazz, pop, or liturgical music
- Excellent timing, expression, and technical ability
- Ability to accompany singers or other instrumentalists
- Ability to perform live piano music during events
