Preschool Teacher's Aide

Immacolata Catholic Church is seeking a Full-Time Preschool Teacher's Aide to support the preschool classroom, assisting the lead teacher in creating a joyful, structured, and faith-centered environment for young children.

Requirements

• Experience working with preschool-aged children in a school, parish, or childcare setting preferred
• Understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate practices
• Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education and Immacolata Catholic Church
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Warm, patient, and nurturing disposition with the ability to support young learners
• Ability to follow direction, take initiative, and work effectively as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift, bend, sit on the floor, and actively supervise children throughout the day
