Job Description
St. Patrick Center is hiring a Program Manager to lead our Assertive Community Team (ACT). The role requires a dynamic leader who can deliver treatment, rehabilitation, advocacy, and case management services to clients. The Program Manager will be responsible for enhancing team performance and ensuring seamless care for clients.
Requirements
- Master's degree in counseling/social work fields or related area required.
- LMSW, LCSW, PLPC or LPC preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in supervising a team or relevant professional experience.
- Driver license (MO residents require Class E), personal vehicle and auto insurance.
- Drug test to be completed within 30 days of hire.
