Requirements

• Follow lesson plans, manage classroom behavior, and ensure the safety and well-being of students
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and productive classroom environment
• Actively engage students in learning activities to promote participation
• Provide guidance and support to help students understand the material
• Assess student progress and provide feedback according to the lesson plan
• Communicate effectively with students, school staff, and administrators
