Job Description
St. Patrick Center provides opportunities for self-sufficiency and dignity to people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. As a Veteran Program Case Manager, you will assess client eligibility, identify strengths and needs, and help clients secure stable housing. You will work collaboratively with individuals, businesses, government, and other service providers to end chronic homelessness in the St. Louis region.
Requirements
- College degree required
- BSW or related field preferred
- 1-2 yearsā experience working with the unhoused population preferred
- Knowledge of housing and other supportive service resources
- Driverās license (MO residents require a Class E)
- Current and valid auto insurance
- Reliable vehicle
