Job Description
St. Patrick Center is seeking a Veterans Program Case Manager to assist clients in transitional housing through a wrap-around philosophy and techniques. The ideal candidate will be mission and values driven, with a bachelor's degree and/or peer support certification, and knowledge of housing and supportive service resources. The role involves tracking client goals, coordinating services, and documenting support activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Peer Support Certification
- Knowledge of housing and other supportive service resources
- Knowledge of Housing First and Harm Reduction
- Driver license (MO residents require Class E), vehicle, and valid and current auto insurance
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to process large amounts of data and manage caseload
