Aerospace SW Certification Engineer

Archer is an aerospace company building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft. We are seeking an Aerospace SW Certification Engineer to act as a Subject Matter Expert for all aspects of System, Software, Airborne Electronic Hardware and Cybersecurity Design Assurance processes.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in System and Software/AEH Design Assurance activities for aerospace standards
• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Experience with full lifecycle safety critical systems, software/AEH complying with design assurance standards like ARP4754A/B, ARP4761, DO-254 and DO-178C with supplements
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience in fast-paced, demanding work environments
• Experience with agile/lean methodologies
