Production Operator

We are seeking a Production Operator for our Portland, OR location. The role is responsible for performing tasks and duties pertaining to manufacturing and processing impregnated surfaces. The Operator is required to know and perform all assigned production department functions in compliance with HSE - Health, Safety and Environmental regulations and Arclin’s policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Forklift experience is a plus but must be able to become certified
• Capable of driving a Tractor/Tanker unit or being able to learn
• Analytical and mechanical mindset needed to be successful in this role
• Previous chemical/processing experience is a plus
• Must be okay with rotating shifts
• Must be okay with following strict Health and Safety Guidelines and wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Basic computer skills required
• Programmable Logic Control (PLC) Systems experience is a plus
• Basic math skills required, including the use of a calculator
• Ability to operate safely in a manufacturing environment
