Job Description
The Customer Support Analyst will act as a focal point for customers throughout their journey, ensuring clear communication and support to achieve business objectives with the company's solutions.
Requirements
- Higher education complete or in progress
- Prior experience with Relationship or Customer Service, focusing on quality, demand resolution, and customer experience
- Experiencing previous use of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or others)
- Prior experience with multichannel support and performance indicator management (TRT, TPR, CSAT, etc.)
