Requirements

• Previous experience in operations, customer service, onboarding, or customer support
• Good verbal and written communication
• Organization and ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously
• Proactive profile and oriented to the resolution of problems
• Ease with digital tools and systems
• Attention to detail, especially in data treatment and validation
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes
