We are looking for a Junior Customer Service Analyst to join our team. As a Junior Customer Service Analyst, you will be responsible for treating and monitoring escalated cases, performing analysis and follow-ups, and providing guidance to clients until final resolution. You will also be responsible for organizing and monitoring the backlog of cases, ensuring visibility of status, pending items, and deadlines for the team and stakeholders.
