Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Prior experience in Customer Relationship or Customer Service with a focus on quality, issue resolution, and customer experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, clarity, objectivity, and the ability to adapt language to customer and internal public profiles
- Strong organizational, planning, and priority management skills, ensuring deadline fulfillment and efficient monitoring of demands
- Analytical skills and critical thinking to identify urgencies, understand scenarios, diagnose problems, and propose solutions
