As a Commercial Events Specialist at Arco, you will develop an annual event plan, structure event portfolios, and define commercial journeys. You will also analyze performance indicators and lead complex projects.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial strategy, event planning, or demand generation.
- Experience with sales funnel management (leads, opportunities, conversion, expansion).
- Experience in leading complex and multidisciplinary projects, involving different areas.
- Strong analytical capacity for decision-making based on data and performance metrics.
- Ability to articulate with multiple stakeholders (commercial, marketing, operations, leadership).
- Clear executive communication, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
