Job Description
Arco is seeking a Commercial Performance Specialist to manage the commercial funnel, analyze data, and lead commercial activities. The role involves creating reports, conducting strategic analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize sales processes and achieve results.
Requirements
- Management and tracking of the commercial funnel along with leadership and commercial teams
- Creation of dashboards and reports to give visibility to other teams involved
- Strategic analysis that helps identify gaps and opportunities in the sales process
- Conduction of commercial routines with commercial leadership
- Construction and execution of action plans that help leverage commercial results
- Identification of growth opportunities, bottlenecks, and risks
- Integration of data from marketing, operations, BI
- Planning and prioritization of deliverables
- Good listening, empathy, and ability to work in collaborative environments
