Senior UX Designer

Arctic Wolf is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join their UX team. The role involves designing user interfaces and experiences that solve user problems and produce measurable UX outcomes. The Senior UX Designer will collaborate with Agile development teams to implement solutions and work through constraints.

Requirements

• Experience as a UX Designer with multiple user-centered design methods to solve user problems
• Understanding of Web Accessibility and WCAG guidelines and levels
• Ability to model individual persona task-flows and workflows from the perspective of multiple personas
• Design experience for complex Information Architecture and UI patterns to support navigation in both desktop and mobile
• Familiarity with common HCI principles and heuristics
• Experience with in-person and remote research techniques
• Familiarity with AI tools and service design principles and methodologies
• Prior team leadership and/or management experience (optional)
• Previous experience working in the cybersecurity domain (optional)
