Job Description
The Senior UX Designer plays a key role in shaping the UI and UX of our products and directly supports the growth of the Product team. This role is foundational to the design organization, responsible not only for executing design work but also for architecting design systems, educating teams, and governing processes that ensure design quality at scale.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of UI/UX experience
- Experience in designing Healthcare IT
- Confident in defining scopes and solutions with clients
- Well-versed in user experience strategies and architecture
- Deep understanding of web technologies and accessibility requirements
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Self-driven with an ability to solve problems analytically, creatively and effectively
- Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Strong team player who thrives on collaboration with multiple stakeholders
