Senior UX/UI Designer

The Senior UX/UI Designer is responsible for leading end-to-end, user-centered design for healthcare SaaS applications, translating complex clinical and administrative workflows into intuitive, accessible experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• 7+ years of relevant UX/UI design experience
• Expert proficiency in design/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI powered tools as a multiplier of individual and team productivity and efficiency
• Deep knowledge of UX principles, information architecture, accessibility, responsive design, and design system practices
• Demonstrated experience working in agile product teams and influencing roadmap decisions through research and data
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, scalable experiences; comfort navigating ambiguity and making principled tradeoffs
