Field Engineer (d/f/m)

At arculus, we design, build, and maintain cutting-edge autonomous mobile robots and the software ecosystem around them. The Field Engineer will be responsible for the successful setup, commissioning, and stabilization of our automation solutions at customer sites.

Requirements

• Completed technical training (e.g., IT specialist, mechatronics, electronics, service technician, or similar)
• Experience in commissioning or deploying complex technical systems on-site
• Background in robotics, automation, or related technical domains
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve critical incidents
• Affinity for software systems and basic knowledge of Linux environments
• Fluent in German and English
