Job Description
We are looking for a Shift Master to organize and coordinate work on the shift, manage the team, and supervise maintenance of process parameters. Responsibilities include current training of subordinate employees on machine operation, analysis and assessment of product quality, and preparation of reports.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position in the production area
- Knowledge of the MS Office package
- Communication skills, analytical skills
- Independence, accuracy, and ability to work in a team
- Readiness to work in the IV shift system
