SHIFT MANAGER / KIEROWNIK ZMIANY (M,K,X)

As a Shift Manager / Kierownik Zmiany (M, K, X), you will ensure the continuity of the process to achieve set plans, efficiently manage and coordinate the work of the subordinate team during shifts, monitor and optimize processes to increase efficiency, analyze and report on the team's tasks and indicators, motivate and support subordinates to achieve set goals, and ensure compliance with quality and OSH standards at the workplace.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role in a production or logistics industry
• Ability to manage and coordinate team work in a feedback culture
• Practical knowledge of production or logistics processes
• English language proficiency for free communication
• High level of self-reliance and developed communication skills
• Ability to plan and coordinate actions and make decisions under time pressure
• Willingness to work in a system II - shift and selected Saturdays
