Commercial Legal Counsel

Ardelyx is a commercial biopharmaceutical company seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel to provide tactical legal support and sound counsel on various legal issues.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• 3-5 years of relevant experience at a law firm and/or pharmaceutical/biotech company
• Strong foundational knowledge of commercial, compliance, and regulatory matters related to pharmaceutical products
• Proven experience in contract drafting and negotiating
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Collaborative style
• Business pragmatism
• Ability to travel periodically as needed
